How to Install The Updater Patch

If you are experiencing problems with updating your copy of SurfRecon—specifically, if you continually update the application and then recieve a message that asks you to restart the application—you need to download the updater patch and run the software.

For Windows:

Step 1 Download the patch from SurfRecon. (Right click on the link and select "Save Link As...").

Step 2 Save the file into your SurfRecon folder (The same folder as the SurfRecon_for_Windows.exe file).

Sep 3 Double click on the file on the file you just saved to the folder. The file is "fixUpdater.bat".

Once completed, SurfRecon should run without anymore issues.
