I Am a Law Enforcement Officer, and Our Department Has a Local Database of Child Pornography; How Can I submit It to the SurfRecon Database?

If you have a directory or folder containing the images and videos, you can simply scan the folder with SurfRecon and then mark them as child pornography ("C" key)—It is important to remember that SurfRecon does not collect the actual images or vidoes, only a digital signature (hash values and other data points) for the files).
