Online Mode

If you login when you use SurfRecon, you are using the software in "online mode". Online mode allows you to access the maximum number of digital signatures; however, Online mode does require the use of an Internet connection.

Similar to offline mode, online mode logs all of the software's activity and makes it available within a report; furthermore, you can also use the Elite boot CD-rom to create a secure, write-blocked environment prior to analyzing a computer system.

Lastly, online mode allows you to not only access any available additional information, but also submit digital signatures for images and video to the SurfRecon database.
