Why Are Some Images Under The "Sexual" Tab Not Pornographic?
There are a number of reasons why an image or video appearing under the "Sexual" tab does not appear to belong in that category.
- The "Sexual" category is inclusive or more than—what many people may consider—pornographic content. The category is much broader.
- The crawler technology submitted a non-sexual image, such as a banner ad or navigation graphic, while crawling an adult website. You can use the Image Information panel to determine if what appears to be a safe image was in fact downloaded from an adult website.
- On occasion the crawler or a SurfRecon user may have accidentally submitted the image incorrectly. If you believe that an image or video has been incorrectly categorize, simply re-submit the image with the proper categorization. SurfRecon editiors will eventually review the issue.
